Adobe, Elsevier, Calix, Paycom and Teleperformance lead 2026 rankings based on anonymous employee feedback about workplace experience

The awards recognize organizations that employees rate highest across key aspects of the workplace experience, including overall happiness, work life balance, compensation, benefits and workplace culture.
